'86 with odd spark on rear cylinders : Help Me!!!
Ok, so my '86 Max has great spark on the front and will run on the front 2 cylinders. However, the rear cylinders have no spark when the starter is hit. Now whats really odd, is that they will spark ONLY when I shut off the key switch. I turn the motor over, nuthin. I shut the key off and...- tgstoken

Did I do good? (First time Vmax noobie here) Well, I just snatched up a 1986 Vmax with 90k miles. Will '97 coils/wires fit an '86?
As the title says, will 1997 coils and wires work for my new to me 1986 Vmax? I need new ones and I have a good deal on some '97' take off's.- tgstoken
