    Thanks for the Vmax/Venture comparisons.In Harley world there's not such a big difference in low speed handling between an Electraglide & a Dyna. The Vmax is a fair bit lighter than my Dyna,so shouldn't be a problem. I'm going to start figureing out the logistics of selling the Dyna,& then...

    Thanks,Chris.Although I said the Venture was top heavy at low speed,once it got going it was a very nice big tourer,I thought it outrode my mates same year Goldwing by quite a margin.(So did He).:biglaugh:

    Guys,thanks for the replies. Rollie,I hadn't realised the Vmax was so connected to the Royal Star,which in turns makes it a decendent of the Venture,of the 80's,right?,which in turn makes me,a right Dick.(not for the first time). I used a Venture in the states for about 4Kmiles,about 6 years...

    Hi,after my post on 2up(riding)I'm now serious about a V-Max.Can anyone tell me the servicing schedule,& approximate costs for an 03' or later Max In the USA.I'm going to look around for as late a year as possible. Morgan.
