I just put Ferodo Sintered HH Racing brakes on the rear. I'll let you know how they perform. Everything that I read about the brakes led me to believe that they'd be fine on the rear of the Max. Ferodo makes them for the Max, so I guess they must be okay.

I agree with TFish. I had an old mustang that did the same thing. It was water in the tank. Only affected it when I was below 1/4 tank. I drained it and used "gas dryer" that Methel stuff to clear any water out of the lines. Came back to life and never had a problem with it again. Sucks...
