Great story, and a great wife! I'd sure love to have my 1957 Harley 74 and my 1968 MGB back. The FAA has a plane registry and I've used it to find a couple of my old airplanes complete with name and address of the current owner. I wish something like that existed for cars and m/cycles...

+1 No point in running higher than 87 octane on a stock Gen 1. I buy Chevron 87 which has up to 10% ethanol but I can drive several miles and get ethanol-free 90 octane but it's not worth the hassle unless I'm going that way. It is really amazing that the Gen 1 bikes put out the HP they do...
