Been an obnoxious spat of vmax ownership this time around. Started off with carb issues... cleaned X3 then sent to Danny. Came bike (DANG he does good work!), hooked them up, bike seemed to have a demon (cracking and banging through right exhaust) left over. Recleaned carbs... no dice. Replaced...

Unit is going crazy. Resetting itself, not saving settings, lights flickering/always staying lit. Unable to make contact with manufacturer. Unplugged in an attempt to reset... no dice. Anyone with similar experience?

I've disassembled MANY mufflers... drilled all rivets out and CAN NOT get either end cap off.

who wants to set something up?

moving to south carolina. puttin' the bike in a uhaul and need to drain the gas to do so. what's the best way of doing this? thanks!

ok. have a '92. just put aftermarket turn signals on it. the aftermarket signals are only single filament so i capped the running light wire and hooked up the signals accordingly. worked great!... for two weeks. now, i keep blowing the 10a signal fuse which also leaves me without a brake light...

Anybody mfg one that fits behind front headers? Some plumbing that's got some grime on it i'd like to cover up. Right above oil filter.

Who makes one and how does it install? I'd like something plug-b-play.

Ideas?

Can I powdercoat the muffler or is it too hot? Not concerned about pipes, just the can.
