    Dual Headlight mount fab

Thanks guys, I think the main point of this thread is just to show a different option for headlights, parts could be chromed/painted/powder coated all different colors so it could match a particular style.

    Dual Headlight mount fab

I think my turn signal placement might be radical for some but I kind of like them put in an unexpected spot, in person they really aren't that offensive.

    Dual Headlight mount fab

I like the smoked out idea, I can get vinyl that will darken the lens up however, from the back side they are black and look like horns :punk:

    Dual Headlight mount fab

So I finally got these together, Matte powder coat for the headlight cage and Hot rod black 2K paint for the trim pieces. The rest of my body work is going to be Hot Rod Black 2k made by Spraymax.

    CARROZZERIA wheel thread

I just got a set of used Carrozzerias and all the wheel bearings are shot, I know the front sizes (I had a Carrozzeria front rim previously that I changed bearings on). Does any one know if the rear Cazz uses the oem needle and ball bearing or are they completely different?

    Dual Headlight mount fab

Evil was the look I was going for lol... Also with this set up I could make a couple different versions that can easily be bolted on if I want to change the look

    Dual Headlight mount fab

I decided to add a fairing to the assembly so I welded tabs on either side... This is the mock up of one side using .032 aluminum sheet, the final will be done in .063 sheet and painted the same color as the bike

I am in the process of fixing some damage from an accident last spring. I decided to do a dual headlight setup. I found some cheap dominator style headlights on ebay and the quality is not half bad. This is the link to the headlights...

    FZ1 rotor and caliper modification

The only reason I was so particular about this set up was because the old set up that is shown on the first page of this thread had that same issue. When I removed the caliper I noticed the pads were worn funny and this was one of the reasons I decided to make a change.

    FZ1 rotor and caliper modification

Brian, I have a spacer between my brake arm and swing arm tab as well. It was tough welding the swing arm tab just right so I didn't twist the brake arm and cause the pads to not be parallel. I figured it would be easier to machine a spacer that was the correct width to prevent this.

    coils over plug question

I just did a COP mod on my max. I bought R1 sticks and the harness as a package deal for about $25.00. In order to get the proper +/- hook up I downloaded the R1 wiring diagram and used it as a reference. If you know what bike these came out of and you have the harnesses it should be easy to...

    FZ1 rotor and caliper modification

New update.... Swing arm is painted, and everything is back on. I ended up buying a mini lathe to make some custom spacers. This can still be done with the washers and spacers I originally was using. So there it is, 267 rotor mod with FZ1 underslung caliper. Can't wait until...

Love it but the front fender is on backwards!

    COP wiring question

That would make sense seeing that the two front cylinders are firing 180 degrees from each other. So then flipping those two wires would have the front cylinders firing to soon (or too late). I think the idea came from a honda CB175 that has a 360 degree crank and both pistons move up and down...

    COP wiring question

Thanks Mike! The more I think about it the more it makes sense that it wouldn't work I think I was hoping it would work more than anything!
