Ok, all you guys that put your bikes on a dyno, on average changing one jet size changed you air fuel ratio by......how much? I know its not going to by the same for every motor, pipes and engine mods will effect it, but it should be able to be used as a ball park figure.

On my 1300 I was getting some oil in the air cleaner and the carbs were sucking it in and plugging up the air restrictors. She is bone dry now.

I had 4 sets of slide needles laying around that came from Vmax/venture carburetors that were of course non adjustable. I had a set that showed promise when I tried them but a little to rich and no way to drop them 1 clip. I made a tool the thickness of a snap ring and added two clip settings...

LOL I have done that on small engines when the jet was to big. Fill the jet hole with solder and redrill.

LOL that's what I am doing, venture carbs are the guinie pig. Using Air Jet BS30/97/ in various sizes.

OK thanks, working on making changeable air correctors to do some fine tuning and approach jetting and needle adjustment from a little different angle. So I want to start from the known and go from there.
