I just use factory recommendations for tire pressure and adjusted the rear shock absorbers for a stiffer ride. Not 100% sure if the suspension adjustment made a difference or not ?

You bet, 145mph couple times at 500m above sea level. Felt like there was more still... But that was fast enough for me :/

HI there, My 89' Vmax only has 20,000 miles on it and being a new owner I'm Just getting into fixing the leaks and squeeks before they become larger problems...

I'm installing seals right now and using a n actual Yamaha overhaul manual . it states 5.7 - 14. psi and the lower the better.
