Smackdown, I guess I was expecting something different. This is my third set of lights I've purchased now, the first two are real chrome but only have two wire. I will be installing one of these pair. Anyone Interested in buying a set of mini turn signals? Scott

Well, I recieved the mini light parts from ebay today and I must admit.. I'm not amused. They're poor quality plastic not chrome as advertised. :damn angry: I will NOT be installing these lights. Poor poor quality... Live and learn I guess.

Hi Guys, I see on some VMAX bikes out there that the owners have chrome or brushed steel forks... my '05 has black colored forks. What gives? Are the brushed metal forks a stock option from different years or is this a customized thing? Thanks Scott

Great sounding pipes Mark... you may have swayed me over as i was planning to install the HMF's. I notice too that you have the Racetech front end... were your forks painted that colour or is that what came with the RaceTech install package?

It would be interesting to see a rendition view of the stance of the vmax with under-seat exhausts... anyone have any pics of any VMAXs out there with this type of exhaust setup? Who knows, maybe this type of stance would look all right... ??

I just finished a 1000km ride last month on a stock 05 max over the Canadian Rockies. On the 150 km trek from Calgary to Banff the bike seemed to lose power sporadically. I just gave it more throttle and managed to keep riding ahead. The power loss may have had something to do with the hail...
