I an trying to get the air box off my bike todothe air box mod, but am having trouble getting the instrument cluster out of the way I have both plugs unplugged from the cluster, it seems like it is still connected to the metal plate coming off of the ignition switch. Am I missing something?

Loosen 4 clamps and puling up is all you have to do.

It's a gen 2 mark and more work to get it off
You probably already have this solved, but I think you may have 2 screws remaining that come up from underneath.
Here are 2 manuals that you can download.....I use the parts manual a lot because it shows everything on the bike pretty clearly. I think the detail you are looking for may be on page 97.

I got it. I just pulled cluster up off the grommet. Them I had to remove the screws holding the ignition switch housing and remove it to lift the air box up and off.
