I'm in Dahlonega so both Duluth and Cumming aren't that far from me. Cumming definitely being closer.

We just bought 3 lots in the Gold Cove subdivision of of 115. 2 of the lots would be hard to build on but one is good. We have just over 5 acres all wooded.
