where is the meet-up for thie Friday ride?

Its at my house. You can call or text 580-656-2318.

There was a person for this forum that decided to follow me offline (and got himself banned......a couple of times) so just not that comfortable with publicly posting.

Here is a current list (and by no means is this everyone that is showing up.....so please add your bike to the list), of whats to be dynod.

1986 Completely Stock (one owner bike if I remember right). Estimating 110-115 rwhp

19xx 1300. Fresh build. New OEM Yamaha Venture 1300 pistons. Decked .040" for a little more compression. Stock Heads/Cams. Hindle Header/Muscle Jet Kit. Estimating 125-130 rwhp (which will come up as the engine gets more miles on it)

1995 Completely Stock. Very clean bike with 37k miles (if I remember right). Estimating 112-117 rwhp

1986 Stock Engine (from 1998). Custom 4-2 Exhaust/Muscle Jet Kit. Estimating 118-125 rwhp.

2001 fresh 1275cc (small bore in stock sleeves). Ross Racing Pstons. Big Intake Valves, Ported Heads, Stage 3 Cams. Marks Exhaust/Muscle Jet kit. Estimating 135-145 rwhp.

1996 1445cc Stroker Engine. Arias Pistons, RS Venture Trans, Stock Heads/Cams. Marks 4-2/Muscle Jet Kit. Estimating 140-150 RWHP. This bike is really fun to ride with the wide ratio gear set. First gear same as stock gen 1 vmax but all the other gears extend higher mph.

1988 1500cc Big Bore (PCW built engine). Kerker/Muscle Jet kit. Stock Heads/Stage 3 Cams. Basic Tourmaster built engine. Estimating 150-160 rwhp.

2009 Battlestar! You guys know the story! STOCK ENGINE (except the DD clutch spring mod). Estimating 200+ RWHP (previously dynoed 202).

2007 1200cc Stock engine. Ignitech ignition. Morley Muscle jet kit with factory pro needles. Kerker 4-1. Estimate 120-125 hp. Looking for HP difference HEAVY RC wheel vs . Carrozzeria

1986 PCW 1260. Stage 7 kit with v-boost intact. Ignitech ignition. Kerker 4-1. Last dyno 132 hp. Looking for A/F reading and tuning.

2011 Gen2 Vmax. 100% Stock. Looking for a baseline.

I'll be there for sure. '94, stock motor, marks 4-1 and a morleys jet kit... it made 113 with crappy tuning (still tuned horribly) so I'm hoping to get 'er figured out Saturday.

More stuff has been added.

2014 Triple threat air box, Brocks 4-1 full system, Nash flash, PC5, auto tune, ignition module, and POD. Would like to get 2 tunes established, 13.8-ish for good average fuel economy and a max power tune to use with air shifter. I am going to try something for the autotune using the SAI valve signal, using a heavy duty 12v to 5v converter so that autotune only records on throttle readings and NO off throttle...

I'll be there with my custom 4-into-4.
Y'all GOTTA hear these pipes!
Praying for good weather!

THAT... was a blast. Dyno problems were a bummer, but thanks you Sean and Bryan I got my jetting closer than it was before (via the butt dyno) Oh, and can't forget that slick little carb tune Eric has (I'm gonna have to get me one of those!) 19 bikes in this pic but we had a couple more show up later on.

It was great meeting everyone!!! Nice to put faces to names.

:biglaugh:

Dyno was off all day. I don't know why. Seans gen 2 drag bike is verified over 200 hp and only hit 185 on this dyno. Mine only made 111 before AND after a jet change, even though I could feel a huge difference. Meanwhile a bone stock 95 made 112??

Was still fun though haha.

A few issues. I made a rookie error on the Battlestar bike and used the Shinko shootout tire on it. That's all i had besides the slick which would for sure not hold up. Tim said that I was going to get slip using that slick tire. This could have explained some of the other issues that we were seeing but not all of them.

Absolutely had a great time! Good to meet some more of the crew and put faces with names. Big thanks to Sean and Eric for all their hard work organizing the meet and bringing everything. It was definitely worth the effort. Probably the most horsepower that dino (and the operator) will ever see in a day for the rest of their life.

Here are some pics.

It was a great time. Nothing like meeting old friends, and meeting new ones.
