For those staying on Sunday, there is a breakfast ride hosted by John Furbur (RMSportmax). Most people pack up and head out but there are some who stay the day if not overnight too.

This year, the biggest night at the hotel will be Friday night for the BBQ and raffle.

Saturday night there will be a dinner ride out somewhere and returning later that evening.

I hate to say, I cannot attend due a big work project of installing a new Point of Sale system for our Casino. I think my boss waits for me to put in time off then plans a project on that date!:ummm:
It's hard to believe that it's been 5 years since I was there last in 2013, at leastI will not be leading the lost group to and from dinner!:confused2::punk:
I hope ya'll have a fun (of course you will!) and ride safe as your Vmax will let you. :rocket bike:

I will be there... splitting time between the Boss Hoss Motorcycle Rally in Somerset (Actually Friedens, PA 3-4 miles up the road), Johnstown and visiting with y’all.

Actively looking to buy a gen 1 VMax now, so I’m hoping that some of y’all will bring some for-sale bikes. (UPDATE... I BOUGHT AN '07 VMAX WITH 1,600 MILES ON IT - LOOKS LIKE NEW)

I'm planning on coming up alone this year. Anyone need a room sharer? I don't smoke, and won't be the guy that parties all night. I'll be sure there's a few beers in the fridge, too. 50/50 split on the room..

Maybe one time in my Vmax owning life I’ll be able to make it! It’s quite the trek for me!

I highly recommend that you double check your room reservation at the Days-Inn for Thunder in the Valley. I just got off the phone with them and my reservation was a little screwed-up. All is good now thanks to the manager, and he's looking forward to see all of us V-Maver's for another year of fun!
 
Finances got in the way this year. I'm gonna have to take a pass on Thunder this time. Hopefully I'll be out there in 2019. Have a good time, folks. Ride safe and enjoy every minute of the event.
 
Tom Lee And i will be riding to Gettysburg PA on Thursday and riding to Morgantown WV on Saturday. Let me know if you want to join us as you are welcome to do so.
 
I checked mine last week and all was well.


I received a call today from the Days Inn to say VMOA reservations are higher this year than previous :clapping::clapping::clapping:


To everyone, please do not argue with their staff about trying to get a back side room. Most of us reserve our rooms a year in advance and get the same rooms each year. Be considerate to them! Many thanks :punk:
