caps

I have been looking for a place to buy the stock exhaust end caps, and haven't found anything, beside the really fansy/$$ ones on ebay. Can these be purchased seperately or do they come only as an assembly with the stock mufflers. I have a feeling that I will not be able to buy these...

does anybody know where to get the aluminum end caps for stock exhaust? I just want a little more sound and look nice too. I saw the ones on ebay but does anybody know of any others?

I am sure the answer is simple - but how does one remove the chrome bolt caps from the handelbar brackets without scratching the $#!^ out of the housing?
