I went out and tried to start my bike today. I turned the key, lights turned on nice and bright, but it didn't make the usual initializing start up noises. When I turn the key to crank it up, nothing happens. I am guessing that a wire isn't making good contact anymore or some other electrical...

Looks like we are now offering crankshaft repair, stroking, and balancing. Also can lighten and balance flywheels. The crank repair isn't something I would normally do but if you have a spun bearing crank (and the block is good) we could stroke the crank 2mm and balance it at the same time...

Ok, guys spent my thanksgiving carving the turkey so to speak... my '85 is fully dis assembled. I have the motor mounted up on a engine stand and I am hoping to get the case halves split today. my question is : whats the best way to separate the lower case half? motor right side up dropping...

First time here. Dealing with John at PCW Racing in New York. Has anyone ever heard of a forged crankshaft available for the Max? Need one, cast stock one won't handle the power of the setup. If anyone knows of someone who supplies these, please advise ASAP.

Left side crank cover Anyone know how I get this thing off? I've removed all the allen bolts but it stays put like there is something else holding it on but I can't see it. Need to get it off cause I'm replacing my worn out starter clutch.
