Thought I would take a stab at touching up some of the small rust spots showin through on the frame. it's all on the surface, so i have some neutralizer, but what colors are out there that match the frame up nicely? I'm going to assume there have not been too many variations over the years...

I am wanting to stifen up the frame. Is there any drawings or specs on how to do this or is the after market stifeners that are available, reasonably priced. Which after market stifener is best and from whom would I order them from and how much can I expect to pay.

Who makes and or sells frame braces. I have had a couple sets from john Furbur and while I liked them and they do a great job, I am looking for some I do not have to weld on to the bike. I have seen some that are bolt on, Who makes them and where can I get a set for my 1998?

Anyone have any experience with frame braces? As I've gotten more comfortable with my Max I've started hitting that high speed wobble in fast corners. Is this frame flexing, and if so do frame braces help? Only happens when I'm really ripping around a corner....:rocket bike:

After installing radials 17 inch with short profile tires the suspension took a beating as now a lesser air cushion ( from the tires ) started causing more twisting forces on the frame, I thought I need a fork brace or something. I was always unhappy with the front end stability at high speeds...
