Well not sure when or where but somehow my license got ripped offa my bike. By ripped i mean ripped. Looks like it was bent backward then pulled/yanked off. I dont remember wheeling that far back. lol. And the flimsy tailight is right there. I think if someone backed into it and yanked it off...
