Does anyone know what metric tap size is needed to get the shock mount from my Vmax to go into a 1999 Venture final drive. I tried to find a 86-93 Venture final drive to no avail, so I'll have to drill and tap the shock mount on this one. Thanks,

How critical are some of the dimensions on these solid motor mounts? I know a few of them are not, but I'm thinking mainly of the 1.100" diameter that fits in the bore in the engine. Does this need to be a friction fit or can it be a few thousandths loose? I'm not a real expert on a machinist...
