oring

Well i just took my stock exhaust off waiting for my new system to arrive, and figured why i have it off would be the time to pull the pan and check my o-ring. I was wondering if anyone thinks this is a good idea or to leave well enough alone? Whats the best fix for this issue kawi oval ring...

One of my rubber o-rings from the carb mixture scew assembly snapped on me. I am trying to order it from partforyamaha.com, but there are several o-rings listed and it looks like the only way I can get this particular one is by ordering the entire assembly (screw, spring, washer and o-ring)...
