I'm in need of some help... Every carb top on my bike has a screw that looks like this... How the heck do I get those out? I was thinking of drilling it out but then the little voice in my mind said no. Are there bits I could get to remove these? If so, what are they called?

Title say it all.. I have a locking fuel cap on my spare gas tank, and I need to remove it. I don't care for the cap so destroying it is no problem, but I don't want to damage the tank. Has anyone ever done this, and if so what's the way to do it?
