Venture & VMax Engine Serial Numbers
My service manual indicates prefixes of 2WE, 2WF and 2EN for engine serial numbers for the Max for US, CA and Europe respectively. I am looking at a Max that supposedly has a Venture engine, but I need to know the engine serial number prefixes in order to verify.- LCCRUISER

serial number manufactor date mismatch
Strange situation with my bike. The serial number has a year code of "V" which is 1997. Yet the manufactor date is listed on the sticker as 03/96. What time of the year did the model year change? I can't really tell the year by colour either as I think it has been repainted to a darker red. As...- Blade944
