was wondering if you put a stock clutch spring and a pcw heavy duty clutch spring together to make the double D clutch modification, if there would be some problems with this set-up:ummm:

Ok V-max gurus- I just picked up a set of 2000 forks for my 85, and need to know if there is a way to determine whether the existing springs in them are factory, or progressive. Is there a way to tell visually, or maybe measure the coil thickness to figure it out for sure? Thanks, Stan:ummm:
