Ok now that I have your attention here is what I am working on As you can see from the pic the stock fuel sender is on the right. The one I want to use is on the left. I have 2 options. 1. Modify the tank to accept the bigger base 2. Cut and weld the new sender to the OEM base and rewire...

As i dont do much night riding i was caught out the other night when my driving lights wouldnt go . But when i switched them on and off i would get a clicking noise . Now i checked the fuse box under the faux tank by seat but all was good i cant see any broken wires but this clicking is...

I am in the process of tearing down the R1 to put on the Leo Vince Full System that arrives this coming Thursday. :punk: Stock exhaust of with the exception of the headers. Taking a break for lunch. Might just leave the headers on till the pipes get here.

Riding in to work this morning I hit a series of very bad bumps ( which is unusual because normally the roads here in Quebec are smooth as glass :biglaugh:) The motor then felt like it was running on two cylinders and the tach stopped working. It did this for about 1/2 mile and then came back...

I have had my Max just under a week now , weather crap rain and wind . I have a prob with tacho not working - would that be linked to vboost as i gave it a blowout thia arvo and im sure i would of been inexcess of 6000 - 7000 rpm . 92 max JYA2LTOXPA004230 Canadian model :confused2:

Having just imported my bike , the rev counter doesnt go , i am yet to investigate . Is it likely to be a fuse or loose wire problem , help please ?:confused2:

It's been pointed out to me that the VMF Links page is not working... and it isn't! :damn angry: I'll be working on this and let you know when it is back on line.

Do you know anything about the vmax wiring? Coming home my headlight just up and quit....no lo or hi beam....no indicator either. Fuse is ok....bulb is too. Possibly the relay (s) and if so, do you know where they are and are they hard to get to? Thanks for any help you might have. Randy
