06? for $4500 in KC

Found this on CL this morning. Says it's a 96 but sure looks like an 06 to me. Could be a smokin deal for someone just outside Kansas City.

I sent him an email asking what the deal was and here's what he sent back.......

"Most of the bike is a 07 frame is a 96. Bought bike wrecked,replaced frame and forks." :jerk it:
