$2671 USA, a pretty-good price for that bike, despite the mileage, which is 32933 mi. It appears to be well cared-for or nicely refurbished, including rear shocks replaced.I noticed the 43 mm forks & the 4-piston front calipers, too. The black paint looks good with the chrome airhorns.

He's about 50 miles south of Quebec City a bit north of Maine, I-95 to US Route 201 to the Canadian border, where it becomes 173, and eventually 73, gets you there.

I'm surprised this hasn't sold. Bike looks great, should handle good and I like drag bars on a max. Chrome scoops really set it off.

I'm not a fan of black motorcycles, because it seems there are so-many of them. I do make an exception for a VMax with the chrome air horns. On a clean bike that's a great combination. $2700 USA is a decent price for a great-looking ride.

If you compare these two bikes (the other one: https://www.vmaxforum.net/threads/1985-original-stock-vmax-for-sale-8900.46110/) you can see why the 1985 is probably going to have to come-down in price to make a sale, from its current $5900 asking-price. More-than twice the price.
