Thank you , these were the coolest bikes ever built in my opinion , i cant understand why itbis so hard to sell one , especially in nearly mint condition.

If you have the stock pipes, re-install them and regain the 20% lost horsepower the pretty-but not-for-performance-equal-to-stock Cobra system costs-you. Jetting the Cobras does nothing in that regard. Yes, it's a low-mileage bike, but if you want to sell it, try knocking $1000 off the price.

Here in south Florida, you can buy a decent Hyabusa for that money you're asking, my friend who owns a shop just did, from the seller side.
 
I know you'd like to get the higher price, if you find someone who wants a good low-mileage VMax, they will probably be willing to pay a bit more for one like yours.
