2005 V-Max Anniversary Editon # 0899 of 2000.

Heavy duy chrome front fork brace
Original flyscreen
Stock mirrors
Stock handgrips
Progresseive spring in front
Gloss black frame braces
Galfer brake pads
Original sissy bar
New rear tire (Dunlop)
New gas tank; original replaced when rust spot developed. You can have old one if you want it.
Black tool bag on sissy bar
Original manual
Both keys
Chrome front foot foor pegs/crash bar
Carbs recently cheaned and synced
Recent oil / filter change and lube job
Brain fart/can't remember name of part........ attached to frame and front fork, can tighten/loosen tension
Original brake and clutch lines replaced with Galfer/metallic lines

Will sell with all added upgrades for $5,000.00
Willing to negotiate price, if you want to lose some parts I added ( like frame braces, sissy bar. chrome fork brace. original wind screen, tool bag, chromed foot pegs/crash bar etc.

I live in south central Missouri.
I won't deliver the bike, or pay for delivery.
Only acceptable form of payment is cash; same way I bought it.
First owner of bike sold it to me about 10 years? ago; needed money for spare bedrooms for growing family.

No burnouts done.
No wheel stand done.
No wrecks.
Methodically maintained.
If not being ridden it was in garage. It is, in fact a "garage queen".

I will NOT negotiate on line; we would have to talk to each other on phone.

Good Luck with the Sale , that part you cannot remember is that a "steering damper" ?

Thanks!
I was getting ready to search thru all the receipts on the bike to attempt to find the name of the part.
A steering dampener is indeed what it is...............

I like in Oklahoma City and am interested in your vmax.

That looks to be one clean, very well-maintained ride and should sell pretty quick.

Several wanted "more photos" !!!!!!!

Here they are..................

Won't be taking anymore photos.

P.S. Questions answered:
The bike does NOT, and never has had any issue with second gear.
The title is clear; I bought it with cash.
One person besides me has ridden it since I have owned it; mechanic doing test ride.
Only one mechanic has worked on it since I have owned it. He has about 25 years of wrenching, and specializes in Kawasakis, Hondas, and Yamahas.

Hahaha! Yep, took it around last night for about 50 miles of riding through some back roads here in central Florida. Absolutely in love.
Welcome, a suggestion to post where you are, under your screen name. It helps you to find local to you help, or riding partners, and lets us know where you are.

Congratulations on the '05.

Nice score. Probably the nicest '05 I have seen. Where in Central FL.. are you ? My lady friend has a house on Merritt Island , and we alternate from GA. every other month or so.
