Nice....in 2009 when I got my first Gen 2 they were not available anywhere. I made them by hand out of steel. Some other owners asked me if I could makes sets for them.....but I wasn't interested in grinding parts all day to get the shape to my liking. I was working with a limited set of basic tools. :)

I have a whole bunch of these and some other misc I picked up last year.

I wonder if I should see if I can find a machinist that works with stl files and make some out of aluminum. I did this for my roush cabin sound tube made a prototyped a few till i liked the sound, the innerds where actually sliced aluminum cans (keeping the filter material so dust from cabin didnt get sucked into engine). when you got on it with a load it sounded like you were in nascar sitting on the engine. The stock sound tube was too quite, sold quite a few to coyote owners and some even wanted their names on them.

You did all that just to have a place for that switch huh..lol Looks nice
LOL. It's to mount many things if you want (like a cell phone, switches, and more). This was developed by another guy. I just got all his inventory when he moved.

If someone want to make some money can someone 3D print the yamaha leaf screen as I’m sure plenty of people would buy one me included - just need one to copy

My son just bought a 3D printer...he's making these for front turn signal mounts...going to put 2" led strips in them. In black, of courseIMG_20210423_102155_01.jpg

I've mentioned it before but the plastic red and grey switches, that always fade, would sell.

I forgot to mention we are in process of making some very similar versions of these. I have the initial run in production now of the 3 lens's. Already have the metal components made and just need to make the tooling to weld them with.
