86 max carb issue

It should be straightforward. Disassemble and clean everything thoroughly, including the internal passages. Reassemble them, checking/adjusting the float levels in the process. Adjust the synchronization to be close on the bench. Install them. Adjust the idle mixture, and synchronize them with gauges.
