86 vmax for sale SOLD

I would like to sell my vmax. Need to sell this one to buy a newer one. There is nothing wrong with this one. It is clean and unmolested. Runs and shifts fine. Asking 3500. This may be the wrong time of year to sell I know. Bike is in Indiana. Bike is completely stock. 23000 miles

Yer right, it's a bad time of the year to try selling a motorcycle so you're gonna need a lot more info than that to temp any possible buyers....pictures, mileage, upgrades, all that stuff.

I have a picture or two of Joe Rauff's blue metalflake VMax from Daytona (Joe runs Boxenstopp) before his accident. That is a beautiful metalflake paint job! I'll look for the pics.

Yes, a lot of detail, a lot of close-up pics, and particulars to whet our appetites for info. before someone would be tempted. This weekend I am in IL w/of Chicago...

I think I have a few pics of it too but just wondering how the conversation was raised.

His bike info on the upper right corner says, "1986 blue metal flake" & isn't that what he's selling? Mebbe I shoulda' been a tv detective.:ummm:

The bike does look pretty-clean. I wonder if it's a 1985 production date, titled as a 1986? Gotta see the steering head sticker for the month/year.

I think this is the stock blue metal flake which to me is uninspiring but Joes was custom and really stood out if I recall. I hope I dumped all the Boxenstopp event pictures to my PC.
Do you recall seeing me there set up with Maxgasser seats in his garage entrance?
