(I think) I'd like to repack this standard Kerker baffle (for use on trips when I don't need my ears bleeding). I've poked around on the Kerker site, but didn't see any kits to purchase.

Can you guys recommend some material(s) to purchase and repack with? Goal would be to return the baffle back to about the same sound/restriction it had from Kerker.

:punk:Hey, go get a piece of Owens pink fiberglass insulation at Home Depot. They will probably give you a piece big enough for repacking the baffle. Maybe one of your friends just did some work on their house and have a piece left over. Wrap it around the baffle and secure with masking tape in about three places and you are good to go. I repacked my old ones with grid style fiber glass used for fiber glassing boats.It works and is easy to get ahold of.

Still I hated my pipes so I swapped em for street bike cans!
