I found a brake light modulator on eBay(http://www.ebay.com/itm/Motorcycle-...Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cc6e31b3e&vxp=mtr), ordered and installed it today along with a set of LED tail light bulbs that I picked up at pepboys.. The install was super easy and I'm impressed with the results.
With M/C fatalities up 60% this year in Vegas, I figured its time to add a few things to the bike that will help with safety!

Hi Vegas,

Ihave modulators front and back. Our fine nevada drivers are often multi-tasking while driving. I have the trail blaser up front and the tail-blasers in back. Very bright.. Even added a Wolo horn to wake them up.

With Vegas being a world wide tourist destination, we get the best and the worst drivers that the world has to offer. And 90% of the tourists are way too busy watching the tourist attractions than where they're going. It makes for a fun ride. Reno isn't much better I imagine.

My other bike (klr 650) had one when I bought it. Had multiple (good) comments on it. Been meaning to pick something up for the vmax, and I like the look of this one (price, etc). Do you have a custom brake light/set up, or did you just install an LED bulb in the factory housing?

Here are the two bulbs side by side along with a video of the modulator in action. . The LED's that I got at pepboys have 12 led's per light. You can find them on ebay with many more.
The camera doesn't show the true brightness of the LED's but it gives you an idea.
