carb question

Hi Guys still pretty new here,after further inspection on my vmax i saw a little bit of gas on 1 carb,see attached picture.
Small edit ,after some research here i found that its the drainage screw and some guys suggest to teflon it?

Can i just unscrew this without doing anything else on the bike and teflon it / screw it back in or would i be causing more damage?

That screw has an oring on it . It is the drain screw for the carb just pull it out and replace it with a good quality oring.

Harbor Freight has a big Stackhouse brand box of O-rings.
