carb slide moves at idle #1 only

only #1 carb slide moves when at idle ? are the other diaphrams just stiff ? also cleaning diaphrams it was suggested using wd 40 . Do you re install wet or wipe off or let dry . thanks

I personally spray WD-40 on the Diaphrams and then rub it around with a soft cloth and leave a light coat on them.
But my Slides only move a very little bit when Idling (more like they vibrate), and then move freely when I crack the throttle.

just carb #1 moves at idle the rest don't move till I rev up but if I hold carb 1 open a little bike idles pretty good . also notice my bike is magnetized ?? what would cause thatl

The slides shouldn't really move at idle - they go in as you rev up. It sounds like your carbs need a good sync.
