Carb stack bands torque the Phillips 2001

How tight to tighten the Phillips screw in the band around the rubberon the bottom of the carburetor stack?

Any info would be great

Tighten 'em until the 'L' just touches the clamp.

Same for the Carbs to VBoost connection (pictured)

Hey fire medic again thanks for fast responses . But there apperas to be no "L " on mine . But i can see a rough estimate of distance from you picture and i think its close to what i have done .
 
They don't need to be too-tight, where it's like a fat guy cinching his belt so-tight that he ends up with waddles of fat/rubber sticking-out on either side of the belt/band. In the female side of things, I believe that's called a 'muffin-top.'

As you can see that's a pic of the carburetor bottoms to the VBoost clamps. I'm too-lazy to pull the faux cover to eyeball the airbox to carburetors clamps. I bet someone else can take a look and report back.

I have a '98 Canadian import - also does not have the 'L' tab but they do have a short metal tube spacer that prevents over tightening in the same way. I think I can see these in your 2nd picture. Have a look with an inspection mirror if you have one.
