Thanks it kept flooding my bike came I believe it float value what is right specs for them

The 'bench-set' with the casting mark circle on the carburetor body, is a starting-point. Do a wet-set using the service manual directions for best results and fuel economy (specification is on the last attachment, above).

The '#5 piston valve center line, in the factory manual, is what dannymax is referring to as the "thin white mark on the side of the cone."

Letter a in the service manual is the fuel height in the clear plastic tube.

You can use a piece of clear plastic tube and make two marks, 17 mm apart. Line one up with the carburetor casting horizontal mark dannymax referenced, and the meniscus (the fluid level in the tube) should meet the other line, when the carb float level is correct. Bend the carb float tang which is attached to the carb float needle up or down to change the level of gasoline in the bowl, to match the desired level.

Thank you very much, crystal clear now:)

so to do that wet set method you need to keep removing and replacing the carbs from the bike ?, that could take a lot of times if the amount needed to be adjusted isn't quite right each time,
is it not possible to put fuel in the carbs and measure while they are off the bike fixed to a level surface, surely the floats still float and closes the needle,
it would be easier to make sure the carbs are perfectly level when off the bike as the bike itself could be leaning a bit in any direction depending on ground surface and stand wear or even if the carbs sit straight in their inlets, or doesn't not being level matter ?
