Cleaning a Gen 2

Good afternoon everyone!
I'm looking for ideas and suggestions as to the best way to clean (and keep clean) the matte finishes on the Gen 2 VMaxes. I know dusting with a microfiber is enough for the simple dust that may arrive from time to time, but what about getting caught in the rain...or god forbid mud?

Hi, I wash mine like anything else. Mine is a 2012 so it’s matte black. The only thing I do differently is no waxing.

You can buy soap and finishes specifically for matte paint...I use Dr. Beasley's on all the matte stuff on my V4 R and the Streetfighter V4 SP, which has all matte black paint. Soap and their ceramic finish work great and don't add any sheen to it.

Stay away from S100. I had it pull the finish right off of some areas of my '09 some years back
