I have a worn crank bearing that I want to replace, how do you know what part to order??
Luckily this one had some green left on one side so I knew it was a size 4
It's also easy to calculate from the markings and stamps as follows
Take the frame markings (on one of the front bosses)
and subtract each of the crank stamps for individual bearing sizes
Frame markings = 5 5 5 5
Crank stamps = 2 3 3 1
Bearing sizes = 3 2 2 4
Then, to order just convert the color to a part number
1 BLUE = 1FK-11416-01
2 BLACK = 1FK-11416-11
3 BROWN = 1FK-11416-21
4 GREEN = 1FK-11416-31
5 YELLOW = 1FK-11416-41
6 PINK = 1FK-11416-51
7 RED = 1FK-11416-61
