Trying to search the forum here to see if anyone has done it. I see the Roland Sands custom bike has clip-ons and has "reduced size" air intakes on the sides of the tank. He cut them in half to mold around the tank. Curious if anyone here has tried it or just him?

Thank you for your time and opinions.

Probably not the direction your heading, but the only Gen 2 altered scoops that look cool IMHO is on the Lazereth Gen2 Vmax.

His rendition is quite interesting and beautiful but I do like the clip-ons style look from Roland Sands more (Picture above).

To do this, and be able to turn, the air induction large "Wings" on the side have to be cut down much smaller.

I found someone here who used clip-ons on their bike. These pics were found on the site and they say 2013. I guess they can be done without cutting the air intakes!
