hi i recently brought a vmax with a cybermax headlight conversion problem is that its no good in the dark, is there anyway of improving this.

Not that I've heard. IMO, it's for show bikes and isn't very good at night.

Yes there is, for another couple of hundred dollars or so buy a set of Pia lights. They look the same as the ones that come with the Cybermax headlight and are a heck of a lot brighter.

what type of bulb is in it? you could put in an HID light, just make sure you get a "slim-line" ballast. stick with 4100k if you can get it.

This guy has listed this cybermax on ebay a few times and the bids went up to $350 with reserve not met.
I just saw he relisted it with a buy it now at $650 :surprise:
And thats a used one too, what is this guy smoking?

Does anyone know if he could do the headlight relay mod w/o causing damage to the assembly due to heat, or would this even work with the duel lights?

yes, he could, but HID kits are about the same price, use less power, and produce more light.

The cybermax is on "the list", I think it looks fantastic. I've heard before that it is poor at night, however anything that has lights in it, well, you can certainly finagle a way to put better lights in it. I'd definitely be looking into an HID kit.
