Cycle One-Off (still in business???)

Has anyone heard from Tom at Cycle One-Off? I tried contacting him back in June and he sent me an invoice quickly for a part I wanted (rear shock caps for bungee holders).

Back on June 11th I paid him via PayPal and have not heard back from him yet. I sent a couple of emails (and another one just today) but thought it was strange that he did not respond back since June when he sent me the invoice for the parts.

It's been some time since I've purchased from Tom. In past, I've spent quite a few dollars on his products.
I've had transactions go very quickly, and I've had others that mimic your experience exactly. I.E, waiting for months for a custom piece, no correspondence, and wondering if I lost the money that I sent him.

In the end, I received a quality product, every time.

Thanks. I wrote to him again and will continue to do so. Hopefully he'll get back with me and I'll report back on what the status is.
