That's not a full system. Stock head pipes don't make it a full system. A full system would have aftermarket headpipes.
 
The Delkevics do replace all the stock pipes BUT, since it's modular and designed to be mufflers only or header only it's basically just a slip-on type system. You aren't increasing the internal diameter of the pipes and thus not what we would typically refer to as a "full system". So, no gains in flow. Just less weight and more noise which if that's what you're after they are nicely made for that.

Some pics below to compare the various pipes and diameters for you. Note that the stock is double walled so the fronts look huge but hide a much smaller pipe inside of them (done to help the chrome survive for cosmetic reasons).

The mid-pipe labels are the same as the exhaust to cyl head pic.

Left to right: OEM outer tube, OEM inner small-dia tube; UFO or copy; Kerker; Hindle.

I assume you cut-apart the OEM outer tubing to be able to extract the inner OEM tubing? Hence, the welds? I suspect you may at some point have removed the inner OEM tubing, and welded-together the OEM outer tubing, and tried running the bike like that? It appears to be the largest of all the I.D.'s, probably no-good for a stock displacement engine, but possibly of benefit to a large-displacement engine.

I made one 4-2 dual system with the outer tubes used everywhere and put it on a 1500. Worked actually quite well. 70mph wot wheelies that you had to let off of to prevent backflips! Motor made about 165 with 101+ torque. I think i've got that system around here somewhere still (though I think I used the mufflers for some other project).
