Curious as I pulled my slides out today and noticed they where drilled.

The needles are fat and non adjustable. So I am assuming those are stock. My stage 7 needles are thin and adjustable.

I am not sure what is in my carbs. But my Stage 7 carbs have 190 DJ jets for the mains and everything is stock.

Are the springs shorter and less tension on a stage 7 then stock or stage 1 ?

And could you install the stage 7 springs and needles in a stock carbs ( with my exhaust ) and have it be beneficial ?

Thanks
Todd

The stock slides have a hole in them already, and stage 7 kit increases the size of the hole. Fat-non adjustable needles are most likely stock. Stage 7 springs are shorter than the stock. As far as installing the stage 7 needles and springs, I think it depends on what you are using for a filter....individuals or stock?
