Do We Have A Michigan Attorney In The House?

Do we have one in the group? I need to ask a Michigan attorney some questions about property laws, foreclosure, walking away from homes. Have a brother-in-law that has a house there, needless to say he is loosing, has 1st and 2nd mortgages.
