Does 92 Vmax have interference engine? I think chain jumped.

It depends how much it jumped and or was installed incorrectly if the valves will hit (it is possible for them to hit). BUT, the likelihood of them jumping timing is near zero (never seen it personally).

Please verify rear head cams small timing marks(dots), front head cams big dots.
Front cams checked at T2, 430 degrees after T1 on compression.
