I bought 2 of them 100 per kit. 1 kit just didn't do it so i got another kit. 6 led flexible strips per kit so 12 total. Was really easy to put on just plug and play. I've been leaving them on for a few hours at a time to see if it really drains the battery and so far no issues. 5 hours is the longest time i've left them on yet and still cranks up after.

I'd considered a LED kit several times, but at least in NY having them on while riding makes you a prime target for cops. Red and blue lights are of course off limits, and any other color can be called "distracting lighting" and get you a ticket anyway.

i have those on my HD, didnt put them on my max yet, i left them on overnight one time, probsbly 12 to 14 hours and no drain at all they dont use alot of juice Looks good !

All in all nice colors, but I dont like being able to see the actual LED's. I want to do mine, but the LEDS must be hidden.

I totally agree. There aren't many spots on the vmax because its really just a frame and engine. No fairings to hide them behind. It did bother me at first but i've gotten over it. I really lights up the ground in front and behind me.

100 each, but i think you can be extra leds that go with it. so probably cheaper. Now i just have an xtra remote and control unit, so if something fucks up with this one than i'm ready....
