took the bike out for a first run after doing the paint and all was going well until a noise started that got louder and louder, I pulled over to see what was up and just in time too as the the exhaust nuts were almost completely off the front right exhaust, it surprised me how quickly they came loose to the point of almost being totally undone and gone, about 1 mile,
luckily my wife was at home and after only half an hour waiting, she got in the car and brought me my allen key set so I was able to fix it and go home,
I will put a bit of thread lock on them today
I always used to carry some tools around on the bikes with me but never ever needed them, after yesterday I now have some tools under the seat
