Warmed up my 1700 today noticed a few drops of what appeared to be dark viscous fluid on the floor. The fluid came from 2 small hoses that are tied to the frame on the lower left side.

Anyone know what this is and what is the cause?

Definitely not a leak. Those are both overflow tubes....one is for the fuel tank. The other I'm not sure....I'm not near my bike right now.
It would be normal to get some fluid out of them on occasion.... that's why they're there.

One is the drain if you overfill your tank, or spill some. If you look around the fuel cap, you'll see the drain hole. I noticed it also one day and it smelled like gas so I got looking around. I followed the other drain hose but for the life of me can't remember where it goes lol.
