Fork Seals

I've been neglecting my poor old Gen 1.

We've had some hot & humid weather up here recently so I went to see if there might be any new leaks.



I think she's being passive-aggressive.

Add fork seals to the list.

If you try the business card trick, you just might have some dirt in there and you can save some time and money. My Gen 2 gave me a weep. Business card trick cleaned out the dirt and I havent leaked a bit after that.

If you have to replace them make sure you use OEM seals

A piece of a plastic milk bottle shaped like the capital letter J can also be used to remove crud from beneath the fork seal lip, pull-up the dust seal first.
