Fork tube diameter

Can someone please tell be the diameter of the stock forks for a gen2? I'm trying to order some mounting clamps for a aftermarket headlight and don't have access to my bike at the moment to measure them for myself. Thank you.

VMAX VMX 1700 fork diameter is 52 mm.

Just some additional info: V-max 1200 forks 1985 to 1992 are 40 mm. 1993 to 2007 are 43 mm.
